• Great question!

    Designing your product will include:

    1. Email communication.

    2. Pre-approval of design before production.

    3. Photo of completed product.

    4. Ready for collection or postage.

    Please note: Once production has started and changes are requested, there may be additional charges.

  • Roughly 1 week

    1-2 days will be discussions about design and options.

    3-7 days for production.

    Could be less depending on the type of item and quantity.

  • We can do custom 3D designs!

    We request an email first with as much details as possible as to what you are wanting.

    We will then discuss colours, sizing, production time and pricing.

    Once you are satisfied with the design we will send an invoice and once payment is received we will start production.

  • We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.

    This is when the item:

    • has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it

    • is unsafe

    • is significantly different from the sample or description

    • doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

    Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.

    Please keep your proof of purchase—e.g. your receipt.

  • Australia Post is our preferred postage service.

    The postage pricing depend on the size and weight of the products.

    Some smaller items can be sent as letters starting at the large letter rate.

    Larger and/or fragile items will need to be sent as a parcel, however we have introduced flat rate postage to take away any hassle for you.

    Due to cost increases by Australia Post we have decided to look into other carriers so we can keep the flat rate as low as possible. There will be an option for Parcel Post prior to flat rate changing to any other carriers.

    We also offer Express postage and include the Express Post guarantee*. This means that If your Express Post parcel isn't delivered in the time frame promised, we'll refund the cost of posting. Express Post is charged at Australia Post Express Post postage prices.
    Please note a refund can only be issued after it has been processed by Australia Post and may exclude other handling costs.

    *Please be aware that this only includes the postage and not the time to manufacture/ personalise items. If you need your item sooner please don't hesitate to contact us.
